Calendar Crew is a family sports management platform that helps parents and guardians coordinate youth sports schedules, communicate with family members, track season statistics, and manage team activities.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts must be created by adults (18 years or older). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content created by family members you invite.
You agree to use Calendar Crew only for its intended purpose of managing family sports activities. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Calendar Crew offers both free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Calendar Crew uses AI to generate schedule insights, game recaps, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Calendar Crew (events, photos, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service to you and your family members.
Calendar Crew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed events, incorrect schedule information, or any damages arising from use of the service. Always verify important schedule details independently.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
