Calendar Crew collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and family profile details. We also collect event schedules, team information, and other content you create within the app.
Calendar Crew is designed for use by parents and guardians to manage their children's sports activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child profiles are created and managed by verified parent or guardian accounts. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We use your information to provide and improve the Calendar Crew service, including managing schedules, sending event reminders, generating AI-powered insights, and facilitating family coordination. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security policies that ensure families can only access their own data. Authentication is handled via secure OAuth providers (Google, Apple) and encrypted magic links.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Google Maps (location services), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic Claude (AI features), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. We use Sentry for error monitoring. These services collect anonymized usage data and error reports.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can export your data, update your information, or opt out of non-essential communications through your account settings.
